Cancellation Policy
Event Rental Business Booking Policy - All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our events team directly. - Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email. - A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - The remaining balance is due 7-14 days before the event date. - Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or other accepted methods outlined on our website. - All payments must be completed in full before the event date. - To Reschedule, you must submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event. - Retainer Fees are non-refundable; however, if reschedule within the 14 day period, any additional payments may be transferred within the same month. - Changes to the booking, including date or venue changes, must be requested in writing. - Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. - The client is responsible for any damages to the equipment during the event. - We are not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event. - All events must comply with local laws and regulations. - The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the event. - In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
